on the 23 rd of August the US President Donald J Trump from Fort Myer military base in Arlington, Va give his plans for Afghanistan which brought the name of Pakistan in the center of his verbal attacks
” 20 U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organizations are active in Afghanistan and Pakistan, the highest concentration in any region anywhere in the world. “
” For its part, Pakistan often gives safe haven to agents of chaos, violence and terror. The threat is worse because Pakistan and India are two nuclear-armed states whose tense relations threaten to spiral into conflict. And that could happen. “
” The next pillar of our new strategy is to change the approach in how to deal with Pakistan. “
Such did not sit well with Pakistan and the Media.
It is a known fact that there have been more casualties in the so called “War on Terror of the US ” in the Afghanistan and Pakistan sides. So in response to such statements Pakistani Cartoonists came forward and made it a point to tell Mr. Trump that he might be wrong
